The cheapest return is the one that never leaves. While an order is still being prepared you can cancel it yourself from the order page in the portal. Once picking has started the portal tells you that cancelling online is no longer possible — contact us and we will see what can still be done.
Always contact us before sending anything back, quoting the order reference and the part number. We will tell you whether the part can be returned and how to send it — parts that arrive unannounced cannot be matched to an order and cannot be credited.
Tell us within a few days of delivery, with the order reference and a photo where it helps. A wrongly delivered or damaged part is our problem to solve, not yours, and is not treated as a return.
Parts carry the manufacturer's warranty. A warranty claim runs through us: send the order reference, the part number and a description of the fault, and we take it up with the manufacturer or supplier. Labour and consequential costs are not covered by the part warranty.
